In this Improved Demo, play as the Demon King as you set out to solve the mystery
of your sudden and bizarre transformation while attempting to regain control of your warward army of monsters. Included in this demo is the entirety of the game's first chapter, as well as some optional boss battles should you decide to brave them. Meet strange and interesting characters who will help and hinder your quest, fight dangerous foes and witness the power of playing as a Demon King.

After a little over 2 hours of gameplay, I reached the dev room and completed the demo. When I downloaded a default RPGMaker game demo, I anticipated something so bad I could make fun of how cringe it was- but I ended up getting a genuinely funny plot that subverts the generic anime genre, balanced combat, and minimal errors. There's a small handful of issues (damage sponge bosses, run-on dialouge, etc.), but the good definitely outweighed the bad to the point where I'd totally play as many chapters as you release. How many chapters are planned? Is the project still active or on hiatus?
thank you for your kind words, and yeah I'm trying my best to work with how gameplay works (especially balancing the combat and bosses and such). I don't really know how many chapters will be in the final game exactly, but each chapter will be roughly two areas/dungeons each (all of which you can actually see from the world map) along with an extra dungeon for the ending. It's still ongoing I'm just...lazy and distracted by other projects and other....THINGS. Ill try not to take TOO long making the game, but I can't promise it'll be sometime soon. SO just...be patient, I'll post the full game for free on Itch once finished.
I wish I could have included more like original assets but sadly I just lack the skills and confidence to do so.
